The university oversaw examinations for educational institutions ranging from school finals to the postgraduate levels. This continued almost for four decades, until the establishment of the Tribhuvan University. -
Patna Medical College, established in 1925 and originally known as Prince of Wales Medical College, is a medical college located in Patna, the state capital of Bihar, India.It is located on the southern bank of the river Ganges and is affiliated to Patna University.
The college was a premier center for imparting medial education in pre-independence era, producing doctors such as Dr.Banerjee Dr. Dukhan Ram etc.
Even now the college handles one of the biggest patient loads. -
