Betsy met John Ross in an Upholsterer apprentice as a sweeper and a few years later started sewing. After that John and Betsy got married and opens an Upholstery Business. -
Betsy Starts as a Upholstery Business
Betsy and John opens an Upholstery Business in Philadelphia, the business was fixing and making things, Betsy and John fixed things like curtains,furniture and anything that needed a needle and thread. At the time There was the Revolutionary War and John died so Betsy continued to run the shop. -
