In 1901, he created the Russell Paradox, also known as Russell-Zermelo pardox, that is a set-theoretical or logical paradox. It arises within the naïve set theory by considering the set of all sets that not members of themselves. Such a set appears to be a member of itself if and only if it is not a member of itself, hence the paradox. The Principles of Mathematics (First Book)
In 1903 with his friend, Dr. Alfred Whitehead, wrote his first book that is a three volume work on the foundations of mathematics. He argued his thesis that mathematics and logic are identical and introduced his paradox. This book was 59 chapters divided into seven parts: indefinable in mathematics, number, quantity, order, infinity, and continuity, space, matter and motion. Principia Mathematica (Second Book)

Russell-Einstein Manifesto was released
In 1955, while working with Albert Einstein, he released the Russell-Einstein Manifesto that requested for peaceful resolutions regarding international conflict. It asked for the limitation of nuclear weapons. They listed the dangers & consequences posed by nuclear weapons during the Cold War, that to them, possibly threatened mankind's existence.

Established Betrand Russell Peace Foundation
He established the Bertrand Russell Peace Foundation due to his constant concerns regarding civil rights, social justice, and his constant fight for peace. He wanted to assist the pursuit of freedom and overall social justice due to the violence of war. He wanted to deter the threats of war, and to demobilize wars in general.
