1st Slaves
The first african slaves were brough on a ship. The English man put as many africans there could in the the bottom of the ship they had. This did mean many of the slaves including man, woment and childern sleep one on top or another on top or another. Mayflower Compact
This is a written agreement made by and to the new settlers that will be arriving in New Plymouth. All the males adults signed the compact. This agreement is a fair and equal laws. -

This is the final Colonial War which is the French and Indian War, which was the American conflict involving seven different country which was called the Seven Years War. A war between American and British, British Won. -
Tea Act
Parliament passes the Tea Act, which spraks the revolutionary movement to Boston. This inposes no new taxes. Which puts taxes on tea which many do not like. -

Continental Congress had met in the Carpenter Hall in Philadelphia. This was from September 5, to October 26, 1774. -
The Battle of Saratoga
This battle was the turning point in the American Revolutionary. It took place on the Husdson River in Saratoga, New York. This battle was fought between the Geremans and British against Americans. Americans won battle, but forced the surrender of Burgoyne. -
Treaty Of Paris
A paper that was signed on September 3, 1783, to end the American Revolution War. Was a peace treaty between American colonies and Great Britain. -

In September 17, 1787, the new Constitution of the United States was agreed upon by the Federal Convention. The Federalist was later published with in the years of 1787-1788. -
Bill Of Rights
The Bll of Rights is a bunch of amendments, twenty-seven that are added on to the U.S. Constitution. Only the first ten amendemnts are known as the Bill of Rights. The Amendments guarantee freedom of religion, the press, speech, right of peaceful assembly, and fair treatment of those accused of crimes, a speedy and fair trial, and many more. -

A trreaty signed by the United States, which let them purchase the Louisiana Terriory from France. This land cross from the Mississippi River to the Rocky Mountains. -
Nullification Crisis
Nullification Crisis was arose in the beginning of the 1830's. The leaders of South Carolina decided that there was no need to listen nor follow the federal laws. John C. Calhoun, superseded the idea of stated right. This Crisis would later on hit the Civil War later down the road. This crisis was later put to a rest after a compromise was reached. Was passed by Congress, and signed to Jackson by law in 1832. -
Compromise of 1850
Was the strengthen of Fugitive Slave Act. This compromise had five main bills: 1. California, entered as free state; 2. New Mexico and Utah, use popular sovereignty for the issue of slavery. ; 3. Republic of Texas gave up lands that are now New Mexico. ; 4. Slave trade; 5. Fugitive Slave Act, which made all federal official pay a fine for no arrest of runaway slaves. -
Missour Compromise
This compromise was an agreement passed between pro-slavery and anti-slavery in the United States Congress having to do with the regulation of slavery. The House of Representatives refused to accept this compromise and a committee was appointed. -

The 13th amendment states that it will be prohibited to slavery. -
Articles of Confederation
The Articles of Confederation come of by the Continental Congress November,1777. This is United States' first constitution, until 1789 when the present day Constitution went into effect.
