Texas is to surrender all claims to newly claimed New Mexican lands, as well as all claims north of the missoury comprimise line.
Califonia is addmitted as a Free State, with its current boundries
The Wimont Proviso was denied, an act that would have ceased the growth of the slave trade / slavery
The slave trade, yet not slavery as a whole came to be banned within the Capitol
