These battles were fought to push the british out of Massachusetts. The British were hoping that in these villages they would be able to find Sam Adams and John Hancock. Paul Revere rode into Boston yelling "The British are coming, the British are coming!" 8 colonists died in these battles. -

they captured Ticonderoga in 1775. the malitia who had a vital part in the capture was named Green Mountain Boys. the leader was Benedict Arnold. They seized cannons from Ticonderoga. -

Cornwallis surrendered to Washington. France. British army was lead by Charles Cornwallis.they signed the treaty of paris
