In Trenton Washington won 1/2 major battles by defeating a group of Hessian mercenaries before withdrawing. A week later he returned to lure the British south before capturing Princeton. -
Battle of Brandywine Creek
The British won because General Howe and General Charles launched a full-scale attack on George Washington's outpost in Brandywine Creek. The British had an advantage because they attacked in the morning covered by a dense fog. The troops split into two divisions so Washington was caught comepletly off guard. -

The British won. They captured over 3,000 Patriots and a lot of munitions and equipment. They lost only 250 and wounded. This was the colonists most devastating defeat. -

The colonists won. They routed British forces and inflicted heavy casualties to the British, the battle was the turning point in the southern war campaign. -
Yorktown
The colonists won and it was the last battle of the war. America was free and the British surrendered and left America and the colonists got all their southern land back.
