Lexington Battle
Americans felt they would have to fight to protect their rights and their liberites from the British. Lexington and Concord was in Massachusetts. The leaders of the Americans were John Hancock and Sam Adams. The leader of the British was General Thomas Gage. The raid was lead by Ethan Allen and Colonel Benedict Arnold. They looted cannons and other armaments from the fort were transported to Boston. -

The continental army managed to get New Jersey back after 10 days it was captured. -

It was lead by Horatio Gates. Burgoyne surrended and the colonists managed to capture 6,000 redcoats, -
Charleston
It was a fight between the British who got the colonists by surprise. The colonists casualties were many and the British were successful a stronghold over the Southern Colonies. -
Yorktown Battle
It was lead by George Washington. Cornwallis had to surrender because they got surrounded by Washington's army.
