Because of the Soviets coming in the more intrustralized states Latvia and Estonia had major outbursts. they burned buildings and at pitchfork revolts. They tried their hardest to keep the Soviets out. -

Because so much land was estate owned, due to the law passed 96.6% of lands werer split up and divided among the peasants that lived there. -

There were major land reforms therefore the introduction of democratic constitution in all three Baltic States. this was the start to the three countries. -
