St. Augustine - He wanted to convert Britain to Christianity. This influenced the English language because

The first kng we had was King William I he was born in Falaise, Normany.The second was King Williaams II he was borin in Normany to. The third king they had was King Henry I but he was born in Selby,Yorkshire they have had many kings and queens that spend most of there time in Buckingham Palace.

So England and France had a big war.So no France was the enemy.Since France was the enemy England didnt want to use their kind of words. A disease spread throughout England killing alot of people.The lower class moved up and improved their language.

That when Shakespeare came into England life.Cawdry made the first dictionary of hard words.During this time they created the first Webster dictionary. Now days we have all kind of dictionary and even took the language and made slang words We use this language all day everyday. Hopefully in the future the language improves for our young children

Queen Elizabeth I(1533-1603)

Queen Elizabeth I was born September 7th,1533 the daughter of King Henry VIII. She was born in Greenwich,England. His second wife(Anne Boleyn) is the mother of Queen Elizabeth I. Unfortauntely she passed away the 24th of March of 1603 of a blood poisoning. On may 19th of 1556 her mother was execueted in the tower of London.Princess Elizabeth was imprioned in the tower for eight weeks.

William Shakespeare(1564-1616)

Shakespeare was born in 1564 and died in 1616. Shakespeare got married in 1582.His daughter Susanna was born in 1583. in 1585 e gave birth to his twyins Hamnet and Judith. He established in London as an actor/playwrite. He wrote the play a midsummer nights dream that we are preforming in class now. Shakespeare's father died in 1601. Shakespere's mother died in 1608. Between the period 1612-1616 he retiered from london life to stratford. Shakespere died in 1616 of April 23

Buckingham Palace(1837-present)

Buckingham Palace is the queen official and main royal London home. It has been the official London residence of Britain's monarchy since 1837. Queen Victoria was the first monarch to live there.Buckingham palace is used also for the adminstrative work for the monarchy.Five regiments of Foot guard the Palace. I witnessed myself that the guards do not talk.
