Hammurabi
Bablyon empire was founded at some point aroundto reign of sargon of Akkad who ruled 2334 BCE and Said the bui;t temples.At that time,Babylon wasn't that big of a city but a port town o n the euphrates river close to where it cloest the tigeris river.But, the information of the early city was lost.It was lost because of the water level of the river .The ruins are now visible. -
