Paul Foster Case, a senior member, splits for the Order of Golden Dawn after an argument with its leader. Case left with multiple other members of Golden Dawn. The B.O.T.A was set up as a non-profit religious organization, where it teaches people about many things like esoteric psychology, occult tarot, Hermetic Qabalah, astrology, and meditation techniques. Its members grew and they have places of worship in almost all parts of the US, and in Europe, Australia, and Mexico.
