The pearls were very useful, as they used tgem for buckles, buttons, jewellery and ornements.

    A few thousand Chinese miners arrived in Australia, when they heard the gold rush. Chinese miners increased their population from the 1840s to the 1850s. The amounts increased because of the Gold Rush. They wanted to work and collect gold there.

    The cameleers came to Australia in 1860. The reason they used camels was because they can last a long time without water. They can also carry a lot of resources. They used them a lot around the outback because they have to walk a while and there's not much water, So they brought the cameleers to Australia.
