    This is a very important part of Australian history it lead everyone to Australia and made this place very popular.The frist fleet had 11 ships bringing convicts to Australia because there were no space in the gaols.

In the Gold rush miners had to have a mining licence or they would go to gaol until they paid 5 pounds which was dumb because they couldn't work to get 5 pounds so this led towar. This happened at Ballarat ,Victoria.
