Fall of Harappan Empire
It is unclear how the Harappan Empire ended whether it was from a natural disaster, another empire invading, or ecological collapse. An entire empire was wiped away with little artifacts left to help historians learn about the culture and customs of the empire.

1200 BCE
Hittite Empire Decline
The Hittite Empire was invaded by the Assyrians and ultimately succumbed to the attack. The Hittite empire was destroyed in the attack and became a part of the Assyrian Empire.

Battle of Mu Ye
A battle between the Zhou and the Shang that ended their long war. many soldiers died over the years that they had been fighting and the only reason the Zhou won was because the king began forming alliances with other states. This marked the end of the Shang Dynasty and the beginning of the Zhou Dynasty.

Mycenaean Uproar
Between 750-600 BCE, conflict arose common folk and aristocrats over the distribution of wealth in the growing cities. This led to political revolution and the empires began turning into republican and democratic offices.

607 BCE
Neo- Assyria Invasion
Neo- Assyria embarked on conquests where they would kill members of other empires and take over the empire. The citizens that lived from these raids would then become a part of the Neo- Assyria army and fight with them to take over other empires. This was the first time that the entire Middle East had been unified. This occurred from 943- 607 BCE.

Assassination of Julius Caesar
Caesar was assassinated by some of his colleagues in the Senate. The entire state was thrown in chaos when the leader was assassinated and the elaborate plan that was conducted to take Caesar out was successful. It was not an uncontested assassination though, some of Caesars friends would have protested however the plan prevented that from occurring.

Persecution of Muslims
The Quraish began persecuting Muslims because they opposed Muhammad.They disagreed with the monotheistic ideals of Islam and attempted to persecute Muhammad for his beliefs and role in the relationship.

Umayyad Invasion of Gaul
Umayyad's leader, Tariq ibn Ziyad, decided to invaded Gaul multiple times and sporadically for forty years trying to take it over and was finally successful in 759 with the invasion. The invasion led to Umayyad conquering the Mediterranean region of Septimania.

Mayan Empire Fall
The Mayan Empire disappeared without a trace in 900 with no explanation. It is thought that the demise came from military conflict, ecological demises, or simply a combination of both. There is only really the architecture left of the Empire which means an entire culture was lost.

Battle of Marj al-Saffar
The Battle of Marj al-Saffar is one that ended Ghazan Khan's invasions of Syria. This defeat of the Mongols was a bloody three day battle that ended on 22 April 1303. This battle was the end of a reign and helped to begin a new transition.
