Japan's invasion of Guam, Wake, and Phillipines
Guam anad Wake which were US territories had been taken over by Japan. Along with Guam and Wake. Japan had attacked Phillipines on December 8th, 1941 but they finally surrendered. Japan's territory was expanding as time went on. Because of Japan's expansion of territory it made the war bigger than it had to be in the pacific region. -
