Each year, big time corporations like Samsung and apple are working to develop higher resolution screens. As far as 11k by 2020. T he only limiting factor to how far we can go is pixel overload. The required storage space for a movie and TV program in high resolution is exponentially greater then that of 1080p. -

HDR
"High dynamic range" its a method that adds more dynamic ranged to photos. This makes the picture look a lot more realistic and it helps in certain photos where there is a larger light to dark ratio. instead of a traditional photo take once. HDR snaps three photos at different exposure levels and combines them for the best possible dynamic ranged outcome. This makes blacks extremely black and whites brighter. A bigger contrast ratio! -
Nintendo Gameboy
