Moved to America
We flew into New York. I moved to Florida shortly after. -
Eating American Food For the First Time
The first time I ate American food I was sick for weeks. We had to train ourselves to eat the food here because it was way more processed than back home. -
Started School in America
I started school in America. I was in the 3rd grade. It was much different than school in Nigeria. It felt like I regressed backwards and we were much more ahead in Nigeria -
Started Playing Football

Graduated High School
I graduated high school from Lely High School. I had committed to Temple University for D1 football -
COVID
COVID-19 hit during my second semester of college. I had to fly back home and take care of my mother and sister. -
Entered the Transfer Portal
I entered the Transfer Portal for football and de-enrolled from Temple University. This time period was hard because I did not have any direction and was not in school. -
Committed to University of Florida
I accepted an offer from Univerdity of Florida to play football. I had almost quit so many times during the year that I was in the transfer portal and I was depressed. This felt like my second chance. -
Applying to Law School
I hope to apply to the UF Levin College of Law in September 2023 -
Accepted into Law School
I hope to be accepted to UF Law in the first round of decisions.
