    I was born on this day Aba, Nigeria. I also have a twin sister.
  • Graduated Kindergarden

    I remember this day vividly. I had a diploma and my family treated me like I was grown-up, which made me happy.
  • First Time Witnessing Violence in Nigeria

    I witnessed a lot of violence and bloodshed this year in my home country of Nigeria. It affected me mentally and I had to get therapy much later in life for this.
  • Moved to America

    We flew into New York. I moved to Florida shortly after.
  • Eating American Food For the First Time

    The first time I ate American food I was sick for weeks. We had to train ourselves to eat the food here because it was way more processed than back home.
  • Started School in America

    I started school in America. I was in the 3rd grade. It was much different than school in Nigeria. It felt like I regressed backwards and we were much more ahead in Nigeria
  • Started Playing Football

    I started playing football my Junior Year of High school
  • Graduated High School

    I graduated high school from Lely High School. I had committed to Temple University for D1 football
  • COVID

    COVID-19 hit during my second semester of college. I had to fly back home and take care of my mother and sister.
  • Entered the Transfer Portal

    I entered the Transfer Portal for football and de-enrolled from Temple University. This time period was hard because I did not have any direction and was not in school.
  • Committed to University of Florida

    I accepted an offer from Univerdity of Florida to play football. I had almost quit so many times during the year that I was in the transfer portal and I was depressed. This felt like my second chance.
  • Applying to Law School

    I hope to apply to the UF Levin College of Law in September 2023
  • Accepted into Law School

    I hope to be accepted to UF Law in the first round of decisions.
