Another One of Anna's Sisters was Born
Yolanda, one of my nana's sisters, who I do not really know, was born in 1934. -
Anna's sister was born
Filomena, or who we call, Auntie Philly, was born in 1934. -
Anna's Mom Moved to the States
Anna's mother, Palma, moved to the states, from Pico, Italy around 1937. -
Anna Conti was born into the world!
Palma and Antonio had my nana, on May 27th, 1941 in Rhode Island. -

Post WWII, Anna & John felt more confident about the economy and decided to create a bigger family. -
Anna & John had a Son
They had her 1st son, my uncle, John Conti in 1963. -
Anna & John had Another Child
She had another son named Richard Conti, my uncle, in 1964. -
Anna & John had their 3rd Child
They had her 3rd son, my dad, Michael Conti on January 5th, 1966 -
Anna & John had their 4th Child
Their fourth and only daughter, Robin, my aunt, who was born in 1970. -

Nana had to learn a new way of life at work with the new technology. -
Anna's Mother Passed Away
My nana's mother, Palma, my great-grandmother, passed away in 1983 in RI. She originally was from Pico, Italy. -
Anna's Father Passed Away
Anna's Father, Antonio, passed away in 1983. -
Anna had her 1st Granchild
Erica was born into the world as Nana's 1st grandchild of 12 in 1989. -
Nana Moves into a New Home
Nana move from her old home on Federal Hill (3 tenement house) into a new home, on Pezzi St in Johnston, also in Rhode Island. -

Nana was able to look at space on TV because of the World Wide Web/internet and through the Hubble Space Telescope. -
Nana's Son, Michael got Married
Anna's son Michael, my dad, got married to Gina Testa, my mom, in 2000. -

Nana waited patiently to hear from family living close to the Twin Towers because of 9/11. -
Nana has Her Last Grandchild
Gina & Mike had their 2nd Child, my parents had their second child, me, on July 10th, 2004. This was Nana's last grandchild! -
Anna's Husband, John, Passed Away
Unfortunately, John passed away in 2006 on my dad's birthday (January 1st). I hardly remember him. -

Nana finally got to watch her nephew marry his partner. She also survived COVID-19 by isolating & only seeing family through FaceTime. -
Nana has her 1st Great Grandchild
Valentina, Nana's 1st Great Grandchild was born into the world on July 24, 2019. -
Cruising Tradition
Enjoys her 16th cruise with family & keeps the tradition alive!.
