William HenryWilliam Henry first recievied a law degree from Harvard. He was then the second african american to serve at Harvard Law Review. William Henry got the opportunity to be assistant soliciter in the deparment of the interior by president Franklin Roosevelt. Then Roosevelt gave the opportunity for William Henry to become the first african american judge. -
