    Charles Babbage developed the difference engine which was able to compute several set of numbers and make hard copies of the results.     The Electric Telegraph
    An Italian physicist invented the battery. From their Danish physicist demonstrated the connection between electricity and magnetism. Then Morse developed the electric telegraph by pushing the operator key down to use the battery which was sent across a wire and a line of poles between stations. They used Morse Code to communicate.

    Fax Machine
    The word fax is short for facsimile. Alexandar Bain created it. He was able to synchronize the movement of two pendulums through a clock which then scanned a message on a line. Then Bakewell improved it by placing the pendulums with cylinders. It allowed clearer images to imprint on chemical paper.

    The first email on the computer was in a called Mailbox. Mit allowed users to leave a message on computers at university for other users.
