Andrew Dennis Biersack was born on December 26, 1991, in Cincinatti, Ohio.

In 2003 Andy started going to a performing arts school in Ohio.

When Andy was 14 he officially started his band, originally naming it Biersack.

In 2006 he graduated from his performing arts school in Ohio.

In 2006, Andy created his new band, calling it the Black Veil Brides.

In 2007, BVB placed second in the Battle of the Bands. (Andy is the only original member)

In 2008 Black Veil Brides was signed to Stand By Records.

In Feburary 2010, Black Veil Brides Started Recording their album, We Stitch These Wounds.
