Ruled until 161 c.e. He was the last of 5 good emperors. Under his rule, everyone used the same currency, and active leaders fought with soldiers. His son Commodus ruled after him. -

Was a wealthy emperor. He doubled the army, and once he died, civil wars broke out again. -

Civil war broke out within the Empire. He doubted his winning, and was searching for signs of god. Once he sees a certain sign, he believes it must be from god and becomes Christian. -

People could worship freely, and spread christianity. -

Byzantium
In this year, the capitol of the Roman Empire moves from Rome to Byzantium. They had moved for wealth, and more sufficient trade routes. -

Invasion
Germanic tribes(barbarians) Had invaded, and they could not hold them off. in 410c.e they looted Rome. In 455c.e, the vandals leave Rome in crumbles. -

Ostrogoths lead the final attack which ended the Roman Empire. -
Commodus
He ended the Pax Romana. Ruled for 12 years. Didn't defend his borders and had people help him rule which caused confusion. His family tried to kill him. Civil wars break out and rome crumbles.
