The Sugar Act
The sugar act was made in 1764 after britan became in debt. The sugar act was made to tax molasses and sugar it was called a tariff. -
The Stamp Act
the stamp act was a tax on printed materails. like paper. You would have to have a stamp on your printed materails to prove you payed the taxes. -
The Townshend Acts
Parliment repealed the Stamp act so aft the Townshend act was passed. The act taxed thing like glass, paint, and tea. -
The Boston Masacre
in the massacre 6 people were killed by british soldeirs. The first person killed was Crispus Attucks. No one new who shot the first bullet. -
The Tea act
When the townshend act was repealed the tax on tea wasn't reapled so it was called the tea act. The act made colonist only able to buy tea from Britan. The colonist hated the act they thought it was unfair. -
Coercive act
Coercive act was made to punish the colonist,they had to house and feed british soldiers. They also closed the boston port untill all of the tea was payed off. -

Colonist learned that british soldiers was going to destory weapon the colonist stored. April 8 Paul Pever and William Dawn rode out of boston to warn coloinist the british are comeing.
