Amrita Is Born!
It was a cool fall day when I was bron. I was the second girl in the family and third child, just two years apart from my brother and five years apart from my sister.I was delivered at Credit Valley Hospital on Sept,1,2000 at 12:24 PM In Cananada. My parents had named me Amrita not only cause they thought it fit perfect with me but also cause of the meaning my name means Holly Water and Very Intteligent and Graceful person. -
Amrita's First Ever Christmas!!
On December 25th 2001 was my first Christmas Ever. I was very excited because I have never expericened the feeling of ripping up all the wrapping paper off the gifts. On this special holiday I was suprised at how many gifts my sister my brother and I had recieved. I had spent the rest of my christmas just playing with my new toys and with my family. That day was a memorable day to me because it was the first time I had ever celerbrated christmas. -
Began My Sport Life
In 2003 I had finnaly realized that I really loved and enjoyed doing sports. In the summer of 2003 I first started playing houseleague soccer then later played REP and still am. I play for the Mississauga Falcons U13 my poistion on the team is Striker (forward). Then later on in the fall season of 2003 I had started karate and swimming and I am still currently doing Karate and Swimming. In karate I am a brwon black strip belt and soon to being a black belt , In swimming I am in swimmer 7 -
Life Injury
This was my first life injury that will be with me my whole life. The year of 2003 I had gotten my middle finger on my right hand slammed in the van door. From this day on I still have flashbacks from this inncident. When this had happened I was rushed to the emergency room quickly at Credit Valley Hospital. When I was at the hospital I was in the hospital for atleast 1-2 weeks. It was boring but whorth it getting my finger better. One flashback I always remember was that my mom was crying more -
School Life Began
On my first day of kindergarten, I was excited but really nervous inside. That day was the day I was going to finnaly experience what others kids are doing everyday.The school I had went to was Trelawny Public School. For kindergarten I had went to morning kindergarten because iI would rather get it over with in the morning and have free time after. This memory was signifacant to me because it was the first day I started my education. My teacher was Mrs Henderson. -
First Vacation Ever
In the summer of 2006 My family and I had went to India. In India my family and I had went site seeing to known of the most popular places called theTaj Mahal and the Golden Temple.From this day on I still have this horrible memory in my head, In India we where in a taxi and I had fallen asleep and my sister was chewing gum, she had lost the flavour to it and she wanted to spit it out so she lifted my armpit up and stuck it right in there.When i woke up I shouted MY ARM IS BROKEN but it was not -
New House,New School,New change
On this day I had moved into a much bigger and improved house and I also switched schools from Trewlawny to Mckinnon Public School. I was very excited to start fresh in a new school but also sad to leave my friends. We had bought this new house from the builders Great Golf Homes. I am still currently living in this home and it holds alot of great memories. This is signifacant to me because it changed me and it had changed who I have met. -
Free Service At Sikh Temple
In 2009 I started to do free service at our Sikh Temple called the Gurdwara. Some things I did where cleaning and searving the food and etc which was very helpful to most of the people who where not able to do most of the things that I could do. -
Grade 5 Graduation
On this day I had graduated from Elementary School. There was a very long assembly reconzing every student. Then after a couple of students gave tiny speeche about our school. This was a milestone of my life because I had finnaly graduated elementary school and moving onto middle school. -
Dominican Republic
In the summer of 2012 was the best summer ever because my family and my cousins had gone to Dominican Republic (Punta Cana). At the resort we had stayed at for a week (7 days) I had swam with Dolphins caught a breathing starfish and went scuba diving and surfing. All of that was a great experience and hoping to do it again. It was signifacant to me because I had went to a place where I had always wanted to go to and it was a good experience.
