Charles Carl Roberts IV was born on December 7, 1973. His hometown where he grew up at was Bart Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. His main job throughout his life was being an American milk truck driver. He lived till the age of 32. His cause of death was suicide. -
Charles Carl Robert's premature baby has passed
Elise Victoria Roberts passed away on November 14th, 1997. She was born prematurally and only 20 minutes after she was born she passed away. She was the daughter of Charles and Marie Roberts. Her burial place was Georgetown Methodist Cemetary. Her death had caused her father to become angry at God. -

Charles prepared himself for the shooting about a week before. On September 26, 2006 Roberts went to a local hardware store to buy items for the massacre. Things he bought included items like plastic ties which would help him with his attack about a week later. -
Baley Colorado School Shooting
On September 27th, 2006 a 53-year-old man by the name of Duane Roger Morrison came into Platte Canyon High School. He had taken six girls hostage and sexually assualted all of them. Before killing himself, he killed Emily Keyes. Reporters and Investagators say that this shooting may have been the crime that Roberts "copy-catted" -
Charles Roberts is dead along with five of the ten girls.
Charles Carl Roberts IV had died on October 2, 2006 from suicide. After killing five of the ten Amish girls, he had killed himeself. The five girls that died were Naomi Rose Ebersole, Anna Mae Stolzfus, Marian Fisher, Mary Liz Miller, and Lena Miller. Roberts was buried with no stone next to his daughter; Elise in Georgtown Methodist Cemetary. -
Amish Schoolhouse Massacre
On the morning of October 2, 2006 Charles Carl Roberts IV invaded the West Nickel Mines Schoolhouse. With him he brought several things including two knives, plastic ties, stun gun, and three guns. He intended to molest the ten female hostages, but police got to him before he could do this. After shooting all the girls and killing five of the ten, he commited suicide with one of the guns he had brought along. -
Mary Liz Miller iand Lena Miller are pronounced dead
On october 3rd, 2006 Mary Liz Miller age 8 passed away. The hospital she had in stayed at was Christiana Hospital Newark, Deleware. She was the daughter of Christ and Rachel Zook. Also on this day, Lena Miller passed away. She was the daughter of Christ and Rachel Miller. -
Robert's Funeral
On October 7th, 2006 a funeral for Charles Carl Roberts IV was held. Many of the Amish community came to give their respect. Many of the Amish had forgivin him for what he had done. -
Amish Schoolhouse is being rebuilt
On October 13th, 2006 the Amish schoolhouse was being rebuilt. Only 11 days after the tragic event, the schoolhouse was torn down and beginning to be rebuild in a nearby location. The old location where the West Nickel Mines School used to be is now left an open pasture. -
Amish schoolhouse is back!
This was the day of the reopening of the amish schoolhouse. The new school was called the New Hope School instead of West Nickel Mines school. It was built at a new location nearby from the old one. Some of the Amish children still had the thought of the event of the massacre just six months ago. The school was intentially built to look different from the old school.
