Hassan's Rape
Hassan get rapeed by assef, Kabul's local bully. Hassan got raped because of two reasons one because he insulted and humiliated Assef, when him and Amir were almost in a fight. Second Assef wanted the kite Amir cut in the kite flying competition. In afgahnistan winning was a great honor and getting the kite that lasted longest but was cut is also an honor. For those two reason Hassan was raped by assef and Amir did nothing to help little did amir know hassan knew that amir didn't help. -
The russians invade Afgahnistan
The russians invade Afgahnistan 6 years before the invasion Amir did one final and succeful atempt to kick ali and hassan out of his life. Soon on that day ali and hassan leave to Hazarajat where they can get away from amir. Back to the present the russians invade and cause chaos because of Baba's, (Amir's father) power and wealth the fled to Pakistan then to America.

Baba and amir make it to pakistan.
After the treacherous ride from Afgahnistan to Pakistan, Amir and Baba finlly make it to safety from the war. LIfe as Amir knows is forever changed. Amir will never come back unless he needed to. -
Amir and Baba make it to America and live in San Fransisco
Their new life starts now all the sins of Amir's past are gone, at least that is what he hopes and for some years that was how it was. This is Amir's fresh start, a place to bury the painful memories but for Baba this was a place to mourn over those memories. -
Amir's wedding to Soraya
Amir finds this girl and takes the traditional ways of Afgahn custom to marry a girl and through months of waiting he finally gets to be with a woman he loves. He hasn't felt like this to anyone in a long time and no one else to him except for Hassan who is still in Hazarajat. This is the happiest moment of his lifebacuse he did what he wanted and Baba did the right fatherly thing to do before his death. -
Baba Passes away
Baba was always a strong man with a strong attitude towards everything and to people. Yet he was diagnosed with a terminal illness that would eventually kill him. He becomes skinny and pale and after Amir's wedding he was taken care of by Soraya till his death. He died in his slep he knew it was time for him to go. He gave Amir's everything he could give or at least that is what Amir thinks. -
Amir's recollection of the winter of 1975
The event made him who he is. He remebers about a call he received last summer from a friend in Pakistan named Rahim Khan. Rahim Khan asked Amir if he ever wanted to be good again. This starts off his memory on the sins of his past -
Rahim Khan calls Amir
Amir is doing well in his life in America but this is gonna change for a time because Rahin Khan call him to redeem himself and be good again. He will go to Pakistan then Afgahnistan to redeem himself from his past sins. He thought once he left he would forget but the sins of the past always come to get you in the end. -

The only way Amir would be able to take Shorab home would be through a fight that was long postponed. Assef never forgets a face. Regretfully Amir accepted hoping to survive to bring Shorab to safety. The figh doesn't go well for amir he gets beaten very badly and he won't win but Shorab like his Father Hassan always had his sling shot. So Shorab aimed the slingshot to Assef's eye and shot him to save Amir's life. Amir is finally liberated and can bring Shorab back home to saftey. -
Assef and Amir meet each other to fight over shorab
After gettin into afgahnistan Amir finds the man who holds shorab captive as a sex slave in general. Shocked by who he is seeing this doesn't deter Amir he stays and for the first time he becomes brave and doesn't run away. This confrontaion will changed his life for the better. He will finally be liberated.
