    Britich thought they were storing suppplies, so they walked to Concord and colonists shot at the sides of the road. It was the first official battle of the American Revolution. British victory

  • Fort Ticonderoga

    The colonists joined the Green Mountain Boys, and took the British by surprise. They captured Fort Ticonderoga. Colonist victory

  • Bunker Hill (Breed's)

    British charged and retreated up the hill 3 times, until the colonists ran out of ammunition. British victory

  • Long Island

    Long Island
    George Washington and 20,000 men fough the British. Nathan Hale, a spy, was hung. The battle was also know as the Battle of Brooklyn Heights British victory

  • Trenton

    Colonists took the British by surprise and scattered their troops. Colonist victory

    Also on Sept. 19th Green Mountain Boys defeated the British and forced them to Saratoga, and they met the colonists. 1-1 victory
