The Siege of Charleston was a major win for the British. They got control over the south and the Americans surrendered making them loose a lot of soldiers. -
Battle of Yorktown
The battle of yorktown was the last major battle of the American Revolution. It ended military operations in the American Revolution. This battle made the British surrender, which guaranteed the Colonies independence.
