The first two wars that started the American Revolution. The first one in Lexington in which the first bullet was shot and famously called "the shot heard round the world" and started
the war.The Americans had to retreat from lexington to Concord since they couldn't take the british army but the British were forced to retreat once they reached Concord yet that the Americans were now prepared. -
Battle Of Bunker Hill
Battle fought near Boston Massachusetts in which the British won after the Americans ran out of ammunition on the third attack. Although the British won they had many losses which gave encouragement to the growing rejection of the British rule. -
The Declaration of Independence
Considered the founding the document of the United States Of America. It was written by thomas Jefferson and signed by the president John Hancock. This document declared that the Thirteen Colonies were no longer part of the British Empire but free and indenpendent states. -
Washington Crosses The Delaware
An attack from the American army lead by George Washington in which the army crossed the delaware river in a snow storm killing over one hundred and taking another thousand british and Hessian soldiers prisoners. This resulted in a major boost for the American war effort. No American was killed because the British army was caught slepping. -

Different battles in which the three Britsh commanders tried to take all of New York but failed and had to surrender. It was a turning point in the war. -

The Document that ended the American Revolutionary War and officially recognized American Independence.
