Proclamation of 1763
This was an act passed by King George III, which stated that there could not be any settlements passed the Appalachian mountains without the natives first saying it was secure to do so. This barged in the the colonies claim to govern their own territory.

Boston Tea Party
Men became angry at the new Tea Act that allowed East India Company to sell it's tea directly to the colonies. Because of this they dumped about £9000 worth of tea into the Boston Harbor.
