    Washington led 2,400 troops to Trenton and suprised the Bristish. After that they took Princeton. This was a Colonial Victory.

    This was a turning point for the colonists. They had trapped one british group and they surrendered on October 17. This is when the French decided to help the Americans

    Greene split his armay into 2 sections. One section defeated the British at Cowpens. Colonist Victory.
  • Yorktown

    The last major battle of the American Revolution. 14,000 Americans and French were againist 8,000 British and Hessians, then won.
