The Stamp Act
Each colony had its own government which decided which taxes they would have. They felt that theyd spend a lot of blood and treasures to get protected from the Indians.

the Americans began taunting the British and throwing things at them, the soldiers apparently lost their cool and began firing into the crowd.

The Boston Tea Party
Protest that occurred in 1773 when Americans fought Britain because of the impellent of taxes without justification. Some packages of tea were thrown to the ocean.

Coercive act
After the Boston Tea Party and the rebellious of Massachusetts, the British government started a planification to control the situation. By spring of 1774, the Coercive Acts, (that were some laws)were put in action. Lexington and concord
The General Thomas Gage moved British soldiers to capture Sam Adams and John Hancock, that were colonial leaders. This plan didn’t work because colonial spies heard about the plan and with the help of Paul Revere and 77 American soldiers, they made the plan fail.

battle of bunker of hill
Some 2,300 British troops eventually cleared the hill of the entrenched Americans, but at the cost of more than 40 percent of the assault force. The battle was a moral victory for the Americans.

Townshend Acts
The Townshend Acts were a series of measures, passed by the British Parliament in 1767, that taxed goods imported to the American colonies.
