The Great Depression 1929-1941
The stock market crashes sending people to empty bank accounts and the global economy almost completely stopping. People began losing their jobs and experiencing food shortages. President Franklin Roosevelt passes the New Deal which helps improve faith in government and starts to move the U.S. economy in the right direction. It is the start of World War 2 that officially ends the Great Depression. -
