The Laws and Punishments for breaking those laws are recreated. Some of the old laws were adopted once again, but many new laws came about based upon the flaws of the previous government. -
State Borders Reconsidered and Changed
State Borders were changed so that there were approximately equal populations. There are now 50 equally divided states. -
Citizens Vote for a Monarch
Citizens vote for a monarch to lead the democracy, and Carmen Noll wins by a landslide to opposing votes. -
