Amazon is a company that many revere for innovation and being the best at what it does, however when looked at closely, one can clearly see that Amazon was not the first to do that. The services it offers are in no way new or innovative. If new ideas was not the key to success, then perhaps it was perfecting ideas taken from others. Is this ethical? Maybe so, maybe not. Is it effective? Definitely.
