Act One

Samantha Madison jumps on the man trying to assassinate the president.

Act Two

Samantha breaks her arm as the assassin falls on her. She is sent to the hospital, where she receives hundreds of letters and thank-you's.

Act Three

Once Samantha is released from the hospital, the Madison family is invited to have dinner at the White House. Samantha excuses herself, ( to go to the bathroom to throw away the food) and ends up eating cheeseburgers with the President's son, David.

Act Four

Samantha takes David to Kris's party, in order to make Jack (her sister's boyfriend) jealous. David and Jack get in a stupid argument over how to draw.

Act Five

Jack comes over. Sam and Jack get in a argument over why he should have won the art contest. She realizes she no longer loves jack, and she instead loves David.

Act Six

Samantha and David get in an argument over how she needs to speak up for her case. Samantha being heartbroken, she took off to Susan Boone's house in hope of understanding what she should do. She realized David meant what he said when he states, "You have freedom of speech."

Act Seven

Act six helped Samantha realize that she should state her opinion and she can! She went to the press and told them that her first pick, Maria, should win the art show.

Act Eight

Samantha attended a ceremony award where she got her presidential medal, The president gave a short speech about Sam, and that followed with her receiving a pure gold medal on a red ribbon. Her and David love each other at last. Samantha finally has her happily ever after.
