On 6th september 1620 a group of pilgrims sailed from england to america on the ship Mayflower. -
The arrival
On 9th of november 1620 the pilgrims saw land in the distance. -
The first contact
On march 1621 the pilgrims met a native american for the first time and he introduced them to his tribe. -
The war for french land
From 1754 to 1763 the Britsh army and the colonists fought the french overland in North America. The british won the war and got some of the french land. -
Independence from Great Britain
British goverment asked for taxes from the colonists for the war. but they refused to pay it. On 4th of July 1776, The colonies declared independence from Great Britain. Then the fighting started. -
Treaty of Paris
The colonists fought many long, difficult battles. In the end they defeated the british and singed the Treaty of Paris. They called their new nation The United States of America. -
The lousiana purchasee agreement
The french Emperor Napoleon offered to sell the land to the USA Thomas Jefferson accepted the offer. And in 1803 was signed the Lousiana Purchasee Agreement. -
Indian territory
As the New World expansion, the Native American population began to suffer. So in the 1830 the US Goverment created the first indian territory in Oklahoma. -
The problems satrated
In 1860 ther were problems in the country. People in the North lived in towns but in the south they lived on plantations and own slaves. Abraham Licoln was the presindent of the USA. -
The war started
The south had got their confederacy. They thougt there were a different nation from de Union in the north. Confederete soldiers attacked a Union fort. And then the war satarted. -
The end of the Civil War
The confederate army leader surronded to the Union army leader. and then the war finished.
