    After "Gymnasium", Schlik attended the University of Berlin and intended to study Physics. Eventually he worked with Max Planck and obtained his PH.D. After some experimental work in Gottingen he made his way to Zurich and began to study Philosophy.

    Founder of the Circle of Vienna. The Circle of Vienna was an organization where different philosophers would come together to discuss philosophical ideas and advances. Schleck was known for his advances in logical positivism. He was also an essayist, scribing the groups meetings and publishing them for the world.

    Schlicks major contribution to the field of philosophy was his own theory. His theory questions what is actually true knowledge. A written treatise that explains the naturalization of intuition and the formulation of knowledge in clusters.

    After teaching at multiple universities and leaving a long lasting impression on the world Schlick passed away in Austria. The Vienna Circle ceased to meet after the passing of Moritz therefore, bringing the end to an exciting era in th history of philosophy.
