Al Capone's first arrest was for dissorderly conduct. He was charged while he was working for Yale. -
St. Valentine's Day Massacre
Seven men from "Bug" Moran's gang were machine-gunned against a garage wall by Capon's mob posing as police. Capon was in Florida at the time so the police couldn't do anything about it. -
Al Capon and His Bodygaurd are Arrested
Al Capone and his bodygaurd are arrested in Philadelphia for carrying concealed deadly weapons. They were sentenced to a year each. -
Capon Released For Good Behavior
Al Capone served his time for 9 months and then was released for good behavior. -

Al Capone was found guilty in a federal court for contempt of court, and sentenced to 6 months in Cook County Jail. -
Pleads Guilty
Al Capone pleads guilty to tax evation and prohibition charges but then start to tell the press that he had made a deal with the judge for only a two-in-a-half year sentence but the judge said that he had made no deal with him. Aftwards Capone changed his guilty plea to not guilty. -
Convicted Once Again
Al Capone was convicted after trail and then on November 24th he was sentenced to 11 years in federal prison. He was also fined $50,000 and charged $7,692 for court costs. He also had to pay $215,000 intrest in back taxes. -
Death of Al Capone
Al Capones physicion and psychiatrist both concluded that Capone had a mindset of a 12 year old boy. He was released after this information reached the court. After Al Capone's release he soon died from a stroke and pneumonia. The sources that I used for this project are;
