Air Jordan I come out
The Jordan I's started the successful shoe brand now known as Jordan. The designer of this shoe is named Peter Moore. The Jordan I featured a Nike air unit for cushioning, padded foam ankle collars for protection, and a toe overlay for added lock down. -
Jordan II come out
These are the second of many shoes Jordan comes out with. These shoes are using a faux lizard skin upper and a molded plastic heel counter. The plastic heel counter help the ankle more secure and reduce the probability of Injury for basketball players that wear this desired shoe. -
Jordan III come out
These Jordan's were the shoes that introduced the Air Jordan logo. These shoes are in high demand even to this day because with this shoes Jordan had an amazing season which ended with him taking home the MVP. The most distinct aspect of these shoes was the material used. The upper was made of rich full grained tumbled leather. This made the shoe extremely stiff so the shoe will never fall out and will prevent from your ankle getting rolled. -
Jordan IV come out
These shoes are one of the most popular. This is probably due to the attractive look of the shoe and the comfort of it. The IV's introduced mesh for the first time to shoes and this would increase the breath ability for this shoe and future shoes to come. Also attached to the nubuck was a triangular plastic piece that was connected to a hard plastic lace holder. The lace holder provided added lock down to the foot. -
Jordan V's come out
These shoes are not too special except for the look of this shoe. The design of this shoe had a pattern inspired by a world war II fighter plane. The only innovation for this shoe is dramatically increasing the strength of the heel for the most protection this shoe has had. -
Jordan XI come out
The designer of this shoe (Tinker Hatfield) designed the first shoe to feature patented leather. Not only that but the collar and tongue were padded for maximum ankle comfort. Many consider this to be the best Jordan shoe especially with the concord colorway. -
Jordan XIII come out
The XIII featured heel and forefoot zoom air, a Phylon midsole and podular tooling, making it one of the most comfortable Air Jordan's in the series
