13th Amendment
Neither slavery nor invoulentary servitude except as a punishment for crime whereof the poetry shall has been duty convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction. -
15th Amendment
The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state or out of race, color, or previous crimes or servitude. The congress shall have power to enforce this article by oppraise legislation.
