World War I is over! The Allied and Associated Powers sign a treaty with Germany. It was a peace settlement that also blamed Germany for the whole war and they were given a huge bill for war costs. Woodrow Wilson also introduced his fourteen points which he wanted to be put in the treaty of versailles, but his ideas got thrown out the window at Versailles. -

This was one of many neutrality acts passed in the U.S. and it stated that we were banned from trading in arms and and war materials with all parties in a war.
