In the election of 1800 Araon Burr and Thomas Jefferson tied with 73 electoral coloage votes each. Hamilton helped Jefferson win and becom presdant. -

The land inbetween the rocky Mountaions and the Mississippi River was ovned by Napoleon and he wanted to selll it to the United States so Jefferson decied to talk to him.Napoleon was asking for $15 millon for all of the land that turned out to be 4 cents a acre.so Jefferson bought the land from him. -

When james maddison didnt deliver sevral commisans for new justaces. He was tooken to the supreme court. The court ruled that the Judiciary Act of 1789 was unconstutional and therefor void. -
Lewis & Clark reach the Pacific Ocean
Lewis and Clark left to to find a rout to the Pacif Ocean.Along the way they met indians, had to portage around a wterfall and even spend a winter in the wildernes. they also colected specimens of plants and anmials. -
Treaty of Ghent
The treaty of Ghent was signed in Belgiumon christmas eve. The treaty said that Europen countries got there land that they had befor the war and no more land than that. so the treaty made no countries win so the 3 years of war where a waist of time and recorces. -
Andrew Jackson Elected President (1st Term)
Jackson was the first president who wasn’t rich or powerful before he was president. There was no majority in the voting so the House of Representatives chose Jackson to be president. Jackson's inauguration party had to be brought outside since a lot of things where breaking.
