London Bridge was brought to the U.S
The bridge was disassembled from London and moved to the U.S. Reconstruction begain September 23, 1968. The bridge was finished October 10, 1971. -
Civil War in Lebanon
This war lasted 16 years. It was fought in Lebanon. The armies that fought were different religous armies. Many poeple were injured during this war. An estimated 130,000 to 250,000 people from civilians died. -
Gunman Rampage
Gunman ramaged into Bob's home in Kingston, Jamaica in a political shooting and Don Taylor jumped in front of Bob Marley and had an injured leg and Bob had an injured arm in the end. -

Marley's song "One Love" was voted as the Anthem of the Milleneum by the British Broadcasting Center (BBC). -
Receives Order of Merit Award
Bob Marley receives Jamaica's Order of Merit Award. The order of Merit award is Jamaica's 3rd highest honor. Marley receives this award April 20, 1981. -
Bob Marley dies
He died of melanoma, a dngerous cancer that was found on his toe. He died in Miami, Florida.
