The Gaspee Indcident was a chasing of a ship that was believed to be smuggling goods. John Brown led a group of men that go on the Gaspee, he was a wealthy merchant. They would have shis potrol the sea to check ships cargo for illegal goods. They started giving rewards to the person wo found the people responsible for these crimes. But no one confesed and nobody was charged for the crimes. -
