    By the 80's these answering machines were coming out with new and improved versions several times through that decade. Our current day version of this is voicemail, but back then it saved the message for when you weren't around.

    This was a personal computer that most people could afford at the time. It had a built in mouse and screen and many important features.

  • VCR with Microprocessor Inside

    So when the VCR came out in the 80's it contained a microprocessor which could start to record shows without someone being present. They were cheaper with overall higher quality features.

  • Disposable Camera

    Invented by Cisco
    This disposable camera was invented for Kodak. It was very cheap and had space for 24 pictures, so it was very convenient. These ended up selling over 20 million of the disposable's.
