The Neutrality Acts was an act that banned the trade of any ammunition or arms from America to any other country.
This act kept America isolationist. -

The beginning of WWII was when Germany Invaded Poland. America attempted to stayed out of it, maybe because the last time America was in a war we went into the great depression, which they were still trying to get out of.

The Destroyers for Bases Deal was a deal between America and the United Kingdom. They allowed America to send 50 Caldwell, Wickes, and Clemson-class US Navy destroyers to be transferred to the Royal Navy.
This opened up the idea of interventionism to America. they started to open up more as a country. -

This act would allow America to send any supplies, to any nation it chose. Lending other nations out supplies.

Was an agreement between President FDR and Britain's Prime Minister Winston Churchill, the terms about Post-war peace between countries. -
The Attack on Pearl Harbor
Japan Suicide bombers flew into the US naval base at Pearl Harbor in Honolulu, Hawaii. This attack from Japan killed 2,403 people in total.
This attack made America decide between being isolationism or interventionism. America realized though FDR's speech how we need to stand up and fight for ourselves. AMerica chose to be interventionism, and joined the war. -

America declared war on Japan.
This was America showing the either nations that they are finally out of the isolationism area and into interventionism.
