This battle was the Americans verse the British and loyalist Americans. The Americans army had around 1,000 men, the British 1,100. The Americans proudly beat the British. -
Battle of Charleston
This battle was one of the major battles that had taken place at the end of the American Revolutionary War. The Americans were defeated and it had been the biggest loss of troops suffered to the revolutionary army in the war. -
Battle of Camden
This battle was the British and Germans against the Americans. The British had an army of 1,500 hundred regulars and 500 militia, while the American army contained 1,500 Continental troops and some 1,500 militia. The Americans lost this battle to the British. -
Battle of Kings Mountain
Tory (loyal) Americans against Whig (patriotic) American Revolutionaries. The American Revolutionaries won this battle. Unfortunatley the loyalist force were killed in large numbers. -
Battle of Guilford Court House
This battle was between the British and the Americans. There was around 1,900 British against 4,400 Americans. The British won this battle, leaving 250 American casualties and 550 for the British. -
Battle of Yorktown
This war was the Americans and French against the British. There were 8,800 Americans, 7,800 French and 6,000 British taken place during this war. The Americans and French came out with a victory.
