GPS Systems
$12 billion went into the invention of GPS systems. It wasnt created by one person, but by a team. A GPS system tells you your latitude, longitude, and altitude. -

Cell phones were created in April of 1973 by Martin Cooper. The first cell phone was made by the company Motorola. -
DVD Players
The first DVD player came out in America in 1997. It came out a year earlier in 1996 in Japan. The first DVD player was created by the company Philips.
